Terms of Sale
Unless expressly stated otherwise before payment, the seller of products ordered through the YHH Kids online store is YHH Kids Tekstil Oyuncak Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
Product & Price
The product name, selected variant, quantity, main characteristics, tax, shipping and total amount are shown to the buyer before payment. The buyer can correct the cart and delivery information before confirming the order.
Order Confirmation
The order is processed when the buyer explicitly accepts the payment obligation. Order-specific product, price, delivery and buyer information form part of the contractual information and are considered together with the Pre-contractual Information and Distance Sales Agreement.
Cancellation, Withdrawal & Delivery

Disputes
In Turkey, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may have jurisdiction according to current monetary thresholds. Mandatory local consumer rights in international sales remain unaffected.
