2. Product or Service Ordered
The product name, model/colour/size, essential characteristics, quantity and package contents are shown on the product page and order confirmation screen. Before ordering, the buyer can review the selected variant and product description.
3. Price and Additional Charges
The price including taxes, shipping where applicable, additional service and payment charges, discounts and the total amount payable are shown before the order is confirmed. No additional charge can be requested without the consumer's explicit approval.
4. Delivery
The destination country/address, estimated timing, carrier and any delivery charge are subject to the conditions presented before payment. Unless otherwise agreed, the statutory limit concerning dispatch of goods within no more than 30 days applies to consumer orders in Turkey. Statutory exceptions for certain orders remain applicable. The seller's liability for loss and damage up to delivery continues as required by applicable law.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in Turkey, except in cases of statutory exemption, have the right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the date they receive the goods. Withdrawal may also be notified before delivery. Notice may be sent to info@yhhkids.com by email or through another durable medium. Following the notice, the product must be returned in accordance with the statutory procedure.
6. Return Costs and Refund
The current Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts applies to return costs and refund timing. If no return carrier was specified in the pre-contract information, the consumer may return the goods using any carrier, and return costs that cannot lawfully be imposed for that reason may not be charged. Refunds are made within 14 days under the statutory conditions, using a method appropriate to the payment instrument used for the purchase.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances such as goods prepared to the consumer's special requests and personal needs, or products expressly listed by law as exceptions, including certain goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once protective packaging has been opened. A statutory exception must actually apply for a product to be excluded from return. Statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
8. Applications and Disputes
You can submit complaints and requests through our Contact page. For consumer disputes in Turkey, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may be applied to according to the applicable monetary thresholds. Mandatory local consumer rights in other countries remain unaffected.
