International Shipping from Turkey
Orders placed through this global store, including orders to the United States and Gulf countries, are currently prepared and shipped from our dispatch location in Izmir, Turkey. US orders are not dispatched from within the United States at this stage.
Free Standard Shipping in Turkey
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to addresses in Turkey. Select Free Standard Shipping at checkout. Charges for optional services, such as express shipping, are displayed separately before payment when selected.
Free Standard Shipping to Selected European Countries
Standard shipping is free to Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Sweden. Free shipping does not mean that import duties or other customs charges are included.
United States, Gulf Countries & Other International Destinations
Standard international shipping is available to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Other supported countries and regions are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Check the applicable shipping charge and order total before confirming your order.
Preparation & Dispatch
Preparation and delivery times can vary depending on stock availability, the nature of the order and the delivery address. For consumer orders in Turkey, the statutory dispatch limit of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed, and the exceptions provided by applicable legislation apply.
Tracking Your Order
Carrier tracking details are shared through available channels once issued. Contact us with your order number if your parcel is delayed or damaged. The seller's statutory liability for loss and damage before delivery remains unaffected.
