Cancellation, Withdrawal & Returns
For distance consumer sales in Turkey, subject to statutory exceptions, you have the right to withdraw without giving a reason and without paying a penalty within 14 days after delivery. A withdrawal notice can also be given before the goods are delivered.
How to Apply
Send a written notice with your order number to info@yhhkids.com or apply through our Contact page. No special form or reason is required for a withdrawal notice.
Returning the Product
After the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. If no specific return carrier was stated in the pre-contract information, you may use a carrier of your choice and no return shipping cost that cannot legally be charged to you will be imposed for that reason. We provide return packing and shipping information upon your request.
Refund
When a statutory refund obligation arises, amounts that must be refunded, including delivery charges where required by law, are repaid within 14 days from the legally determined start date, through a method appropriate to the payment instrument used for the purchase and without additional cost. The start date may vary depending on conditions such as handing the return parcel to the carrier or, when another carrier is used, the product reaching the seller.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to the consumer's special requirements, goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after protective packaging is opened, and other goods expressly listed as exceptions by law. Selecting a standard colour or size alone does not constitute personalised production. Statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.
After-Sales Support
For missing parts, incorrect products or product defects, contact us. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.
